Canada Goose scores new NBA partnership

Winter clothing company secures multi-year deal to develop exclusive collections and design collaborations.

Canada Goose has secured a new multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association and NBA All-Star.

The deal will see the winter clothing company developing exclusive collections and design collaborations each year, reported Fashion United.

The first collection is a link up with LA-based streetwear brand, Rhude.

The four-piece unisex outerwear capsule features a vest, two parkas and a trench coat. They have been inspired by Canada Goose archives and heritage with each style featuring quilting, patches, bold branding and vintage washed colours and prints.

As well as distinct design cues from Rhude, each piece also includes a Canada Goose disc, NBA logo and Rhude patch.

“This collaboration honours the heritage of both the NBA and Canada Goose and is a tribute to the athletes that already covet the brand,” commented Rhuigi Villaseñor, founder of Rhude.
