Oliver Bonas supporting The Big Knit

Lifestyle retailer selling exclusive range of hand-knitted hats in aid of Age UK.

Oliver Bonas has teamed up with smoothie specialist Innocent to raise money for Age UK.

The lifestyle retailer is supporting The Big Knit initiative, which aims to keep older people warm and well throughout the winter.

Oliver Bonas has picked six of its favourite ‘little hats’ and transformed them into life-sized limited edition hand-knitted hats for consumers to wear this winter. £5 from each adult’s hat and £3 from each kid’s hat goes straight to Age UK.

The collection is available online and in 44 Oliver Bonas stores.

Oliver Tress, founder and md of Oliver Bonas, said: “We love the Big Knit campaign and are thrilled that we are working with our friends at Innocent to help raise even more money for Age UK this winter.

“It is an exciting and special collaboration – two great companies working together for an important cause.”

In addition, the Innocent website includes a number of patterns to create different tiny hats, including a Tiny Clanger from The Clangers.

Last year, The Big Knit raised over £215,000 for Age UK.
