The Light Fund English Channel Relay silent auction has received a “phenomenal response” since going live earlier this week (16 May) – and with the dedicated website open until 3 June, there is still time to place your bids.
So far, £2,725 has been raised, with lots including a Battle Spec Stormtrooper suit and helmet; a No Time to Die Safin movie mask; a movie car thrill with high speed ride; a Morgan cars tour and car hire; a spa day for two at Nirvana Spa; and a signed Liverpool FC shirt creating particular interest among bidders.
Other lots include a Manchester United shirt signed by Marcus Rashford, a course in brewing beer, golfing experiences, family fun days including a trip to Peppa Pig World and even swimming lessons at Taplow Lake from English Channel Relay team member, Stephen Gould.
