Rubies welcomes new national account controller

Rubies is continuing to expand its accounts team, welcoming Robin Dent as its new national account controller.

Robin (pictured) brings a raft of experience to his new role, joining the dress-up specialist from Hornby Hobbies where he was senior national account manager. He has also held positions at Kids II and Mattel.

At Rubies, he will manage the day to day relationship with national accounts, while simultaneously focusing on their growth and expansion, aligning with Rubies 365 business plan.

“With our national accounts department growing we need someone who is experienced, proactive and consistently focused on sales, growth and meaningful business relationships at the helm,” commented Graham Gardiner, commercial director for the UK, Central, Eastern and Northern Europe at Rubies. “Robin, with his extensive experience in senior account management, is a perfect fit for the role and we are excited to see where he leads this department of the business.”
