Arsenal and Liverpool Subbuteo sets hit retail

Paul Lamond launches limited edition official sets in time for Christmas.

Two new limited edition officially licensed Subbuteo sets are hitting shelves in time for Christmas, thanks to licensee Paul Lamond.

The Arsenal FC and Liverpool FC sets are available from Amazon and in Club stores, retailing for between £50-55.

Each kit contains a goalkeeper, 20 players – ten of which wear branded kit – corner flags, goals, a high quality pitch and a limited edition club-branded ball.

Another selling point is that the re-energised Subbuteo range features players which no longer need to be glued back together having broken from the base yet again – the new generation of players are stronger with far greater flexibility.

“Subbuteo is a winner with football fans of all ages and we’re excited to see it teamed up with two of the biggest names in the sporting world,” said Richard Wells, sales director at Paul Lamond.

“The new Arsenal FC and Liverpool FC games are in stores in time for the festive season and we’re confident they they will be featuring on many Christmas lists this year.”
