Special area will open in the English Garden Rosa & Berry in Tawada, Japan.
A new Shaun the Sheep area is due to open next year at the English Garden Rosa & Berry, an English garden themed attraction in Tawada, Japan.
The Shaun the Sheep Farm Garden’will be a new facility within the garden where children and adults can have fun together through ‘seeing’, ‘experiencing’, ‘learning’ and ‘eating’.
The attraction will showcase life-sized versions of sets from the award-winning world of Shaun the Sheep, such as the Farmer’s House and the Sheep’s Barn alongside a number of statues of popular characters including Shaun, Bitzer and the Farmer.
It will also feature a café with an outdoor terrace and a multipurpose facility, available for hosting exhibitions and events, to provide further fun for the entire family.
“We are delighted by the opportunity to partner with Merry Days to create the first reproduction of Mossy Bottom Farm at the beautiful English Garden Rosa & Berry in Japan,” said Ngaio Harding-Hill, senior manager attractions and live experiences at Aardman.
“Set in the stunning countryside around Tawada, the English Garden provides the perfect setting for visitors to have a truly immersive experience, stepping into the world of Shaun the Sheep and visiting the Farmer’s house and the Flock’s barn.
“And in the exhibition space they’ll have the opportunity to explore how the show is made in more detail with lots of behind the scenes exhibits.”
Shaun the Sheep’s Farm Garden will open in April 2019.
