All3Media International is looking to hire a licensing and formats coordinator to join its Formats & Licensing team, covering a period of maternity leave.
The role will support the vp commercial licensing, with responsibilities including maintaining regular and appropriate interaction with partner contacts to build working relationships with licensees; supporting the day-to-day management of licensees, including registering new customers, uploading contracts and managing the product approvals process; and onboarding new licensees, sharing assets and brand guidelines among others.
