Bulldog reveals further growth for Miraculous brand

Gemma International, Rubies and Maad Toys all on board with superhero animation.

A trio of new licensees have further bolstered the licensing programme for superhero animation, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

Bulldog Licensing has confirmed that Gemma International, Rubies and Maad Toys are all now on board.

The first series of Miraculous is already the number one show on the Disney Channel UK and will debut soon on free to air channel, Pop.

The new deals will see Maad Toys produce colour-in backpacks, shoulder bags, handbags and purses; Rubies is on board for dress-up; while Gemma International will produce greeting cards, gift packaging and partyware.

The trio join Bandai, Aykroyds/TDP, Whitehouse Leisure and Dreamtex.

“Miraculous is a truly beautiful show with engaging storylines that tap into the superhero phenomenon,” commented Rob Corney, group md at Bulldog Licensing.

“This is reflected in a rapidly growing licensing programme that I’m sure we will be adding to again very soon.”
