HEAD looking to expand into branded real estate

Brand eyeing growth by offering licensed developments and co-branding opportunities targeting key sports.

The HEAD brand is looking for further growth with a move into branded real estate.

The company is looking to offer licensed developments and co-branding opportunities targeting tennis, diving, skiing, swimming and golf clientele.

To this end, HEAD is teaming up with The Deal Factory, plus Brands Lab International, which has been responsible for some key branded landmark projects.

The three companies foresee projects offering sports activities and sport-related amenities either in mountain or seaside locations.

Currently, BLI and The Deal Factory are in the advanced stages of a HEAD-branded project in Austria, with details due to be made public shortly.

Further concepts include hospitality projects, sports and recreation centres, plus educational opportunities.

We see HEAD as a strong brand representing sportsmanship, well-being, leadership, performance and athleticism,” commented Florian Haffa, founder and ceo of Brands Lab International. “We foresee the brand applied onto alpine projects, winter and diving destinations in both residential and hospitality developments. These will include the quality that the brand stands for, technology features applied to living/residential formats and co-branding within luxury resorts that will offer to guest unique sports experiences in skiing, diving, tennis and in the near future also golf.”

The Deal Factory’s Bettina Koeckler added: “Working with an iconic brand like HEAD and expanding it into the world of actual experiences is a fantastic opportunity. Working with leading global partner BLI on this project is opening a new chapter for branded lifestyle environments.”
