Fashion brand expands its own licensing programme with launch of new line.
Fashion brand Oasis has fired up the next part of its own licensing programme, launching its first welly range at retail.
The retailer has worked with Bacup Shoe on the new range, which sees three prints from the Oasis stable used on a series of wellies launching this autumn.
The products have been developed under licence by brand licensing specialist, Golden Goose.
Hash Ladha, coo of Oasis, commented: “We’ve worked with Bacup Shoe to ensure these products fit our brand values, showcase our designs and we’re very excited to see them on sale in our retail channels and other appropriate retail outlets.”
Phillippa Green, account director at Golden Goose, continued: “These wellingtons are the first example of our strategic approach to developing a sustainable licensing programme for Oasis that will give the brand’s current and new customers the opportunity to buy beautiful products in other categories.”
Nigel Smith, sales manager at Bacup Shoe Direct, added: “Bacup are very excited by the association with Oasis.
“Their brand and designs make it easy to produce beautiful wellington boots that will appeal to seasoned Oasis shoppers and stylish newcomers.”
