“The licensing market’s revenue significantly dropped in 2018 and one of the main causes is self inflicted, by increasing royalty rates.
We are at a cross roads which does require bold decisions. As last year showed, a smaller percentage of something puts more money in the till than a larger percentage of nothing.”
