Seasonal Event Retail Executive

This role is the primary lead for event retail at NFL international games and fan events. She/he will have oversight of operations, assortment, marketing, execution leading up to and during the event. This role will also support the CP business in product development, marketing, and activations directly related to NFL international games and events.


Essential Functions:

  • Serve as lead/ day-to-day contact with event retail partner to ensure all event retail operations are executed to NFL standards.
  • Develop and manage project and execution timelines.
  • Work across event retail partner and internal departments to align on operational plans and all creative approvals- Operations, Marketing, Sponsorship, Creative, QA, etc.
  • Develop security plans with retail partner.
  • Develop marketing plan for event retail.
  • Identify opportunities with CP and other NFL partners for in store activations to help drive traffic and footfall.
  • Coordinate and communicate event retail plans to internal marketing team to ensure all details are included in fan communications.
  • Lead consumer product partner activations at fan events.
  • Lead on Global Markets Program Club activations and retail executions in and around games, fan events.
  • Key contact and relationship holder with host stadium counterparts.
  • Work cross functionally across internal departments to help support merchandise needs (e.g., owners orders, staff orders).
  • Manage and plan all aspects of hospitality/hosting including:
    • Secure venues and work with vendors on contracts, budgets and execution of event
    • Manage invites, guest lists and maintain effective communication with guests regarding event details
  • Build and share post-game wrap up reports to senior management.
  • Build and share all financial reporting post games/events.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years licensing and retail development; event retail a plus
