Rebrand confirmed for BWI Merchandising

Apparel, headwear and accessories specialist rebranded as Bioworld International.

Bioworld has today confirmed that its UK arm BWI Merchandising has become a fully integrated part of Bioworld Merchandising Inc.

The move means that it will be rebranded as Bioworld International.

In a statement to colleagues and partners, the company said the move meant it could now “service our partners with unprecedented resources”.

The statement read: “Our reach in the marketplace is truly global. Our industry leading product design and distribution just got better.

“Our speed to market and global agility create a partner with every product category under one roof. This makes Bioworld the complete global brand solution.

“Existing customers can now enjoy the improved service and product offering through their existing channels, and we look forward to extending this offer to all new partners across the continent.”

The online corporate website can now be found at the Bioworld global HQ.

Bioworld specialises in licensed and branded apparel, headwear and accessories. Its portfolio of brand partners includes the likes of Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Activision, Nickelodeon, Marvel, Disney, Nintendo, 20th Century Fox, Hasbro, SEGA and Cartoon Network to name a few.

Richard Radford joined the company in March as its head of licensing.
