Rob Broadhurst joins Brand Alliance as commercial and licensing director

Rob Broadhurst has joined apparel specialist Brand Alliance in the role of commercial and licensing director.

Rob (pictured) has a wide remit across the business in a senior leadership capacity and will be working across departments to help the ambitious licensee execute its strategy for sustained and managed growth.

He joins Brand Alliance from Aykroyds, where he spent six years as commercial director, while he also has further licensing experience gained from Roy Lowe & Sons.

“I’m thrilled to join Brand Alliance at what is a hugely exciting time in the company’s development – building a retail and licensing strategy to help achieve our ambitious goals and managing our ever growing brand portfolio,” Rob told LicensingSource.net. “In particular in the first few weeks I’ve been blown away by the depth of talent and innovation shown within our creative team, and I am excited to help showcase this to our partners.”

Simon Hills, joint ceo at Brand Alliance, continued: “Rob joined Brand Alliance right at the start of the New Year and from day one it’s been a pleasure to have him as part of the team.

“He brings a wealth of experience, enormous energy and great insight and in just a few weeks has become an integral and trusted member of our growing board. The business continues to experience solid year on year growth and we see many exciting opportunities ahead that are forming part of our future expansion strategy that I look forward to working alongside Rob to deliver on.”
