Help for Heroes teams with Cotton Traders

New casualwear range brings company closer to £1m fundraising milestone.

Help for Heroes has secured a deal with Cotton Traders for a new range of casualwear.

The range will comprise four polo shirts – two striped, one white and one blue – a rugby shirt, a fleece jacket and a pique top. The polo shirts and pique top launched in July, while the fleece and rugby shirt will launch in October.

All the items display a discreet Help for Heroes logo on the left side of the chest as worn, except the pique polo and rugby shirt, which will display the specially designed emblem for the 10th birthday of Help for Heroes, which takes place this year.

For every product sold Cotton Traders will make a 10% contribution to Help for Heroes’ work supporting those with injuries and illnesses sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces.

The company has supported Help for Heroes since 2011 and aims to reach the £1,000,000 fundraising milestone by the end of this year.

The retail launch covers around 80 stores, including garden centres, high street stores, travel-related outlets such as motorway services and Cotton Traders’ own shops.

Michael Haworth, buyer, Cotton Traders, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Help for Heroes on this range of stylish casualwear that will not only appeal to a large number of our customers, but that will help to fund and boost awareness of the valuable work that Help for Heroes does.”

Mandy Lloyd, head of partnerships at Help for Heroes, added: “Cotton Traders is one of our longest partnerships with over six years of dedicated support to Help for Heroes.

“Its commitment to quality clothing and its strong retail reach, helps bring the Help for Heroes cause and message to a wide audience.”
