Expansion continues apace for The Insights People

Raft of newcomers join ambitious kids, parents and family market intelligence specialist.

Kids, parent and family market intelligence specialist, The Insights People is continuing to grow its team of experts to support its global expansion.

With its recent launch into Latin America with Kids Insights Brazil and Kids Insights Mexico earlier this quarter, the company now surveys more than 3,000 children every week, across nine continents and four countries, and more than 150,000 children a year. Clients include BBC, F1, Mattel, Pokémon, SEGA and Warner Bros.

The company has now significantly increased its tech resource with three technical appointments.

Dan Lucas, who previously held the position of client technical director, becomes chief technology officer after playing an instrumental role in helping the company to the scope and implement tech developments throughout the business. Former cto, Richard Craig, moves into a newly created position of chief data and information officer.

Juha Remes joins as senior developer taking a leading role in the development of a number of new tools which are currently being developed to further enhance clients ability to view, filter, interrogate and analyse the data; while Harrison Drew joins as IT support engineer to maintain the computer systems, networks of the organisation and assist in enhancing the companies scripting software.

Tanya Sarakinis – who has a strong track record in software business development – joins as US business developer director; while Rob Legnar joins later this month from Michael Page Recruitment, as European business development director as the company looks to further develop its international growth.

Further hires include Rajan Sundavadra who joins as a research executive; Jenny Ryan as office manager; Dominic Holmes, who joins on an apprentice scheme as a junior content executive.

“I am absolutely delighted to welcome so many talented individuals to our expanding business,” said Nick Richardson, ceo and founder of The Insights People. “It has been an extensive recruitment process but one which means that we are best placed to serve the needs of our clients and continue to establish ourselves as the global leader in kids, parents and family market intelligence.

“And we are continuing to actively recruit for account management, developer and data scientists’ roles all of which will be based in our Manchester headquarters.”
