Star Trek: Discovery beams into US retail

Slate of new partners announced as CBS continues to build momentum of franchise.

CBS Consumer Products has revealed a new slate of partners for Star Trek: Discovery across a raft of categories.

Hallmark, UD Replicas, Perth Mint and Her Universe are among the licensees debuting new product lines across apparel, accessories, collectables, stationery and other areas for the sci-fi success.

“We have seen a high level of fan demand for Star Trek: Discovery products that have already launched, so we’re excited to bring fans more opportunities to interact with and enjoy the series,” said Veronica Hart, svp, CBS Consumer Products.

“These new licensees will add to the franchise’s momentum as audiences continue to follow the adventures of the U.S.S. Discovery.”

Other licensees on board include Bioworld (bags, hats, apparel), Bye Bye Robot (posters, prints), Titan Merchandising (figures), Just Funky (drinkware) and Underboss (sleepwear) among others.

Star Trek: Discovery’s first season is now streaming on CBS All Access, CBS’s digital subscription video on demand and live streaming service. It is also available internationally on Netflix.
