The Insights Family accelerates growth

Market intelligence specialist moves into a new Manchester HQ, expands its team of 59 and launches into Poland.

The Insights Family’s ambitious expansion is continuing apace – with the market intelligence specialist moving to larger offices on King Street in Manchester, as well as opening a satellite office in London’s Mayfair.

In addition, the company has also welcomed three new starters to the business and confirmed the launch of Kids Insights and Parents Insights in Poland.

The company is rapidly expanding following a number of clients wins including media giant HBO Max, iconic retailer HMV and leading media agency GroupM.

Jennifer Knott joins the company as senior research manager after six years working for Manchester City Football Club in a variety of research and digital media analyst roles.

The team also welcomes Tushar Palawat and Emer Sheffield to the rapidly expanding development and data science team as a junior data scientist and as a UI/UX designer, respectively.

Meanwhile, the expansion into Poland will see the business survey more than 410 Polish kids, tweens and teens, and 200 Polish parents of children aged between 1 and 16 every week.

Poland becomes the company’s 18th operational market – following the addition of Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Indonesia earlier this year. This means the company now surveys a family member every 60 seconds.

“The first half of 2021 has seen the business and every member of the team make incredible progress,” commented Nick Richardson, ceo and founder of The Insights Family. “We have seen a significant increase in client demand for our products and services as more and more organisations realise that traditional market research and data is no longer fit for purpose.

“Our new offices will enable us to provide an environment in which our team will further prosper, and coincides with the launch of a number of new initiatives as we look to be global leaders in every sense of the word.”
