The Walking Dead comes to life at new exhibition

Pop-up will include replicas of sets and props at London’s Old Truman Brewery.

A new immersive exhibition focused on The Walking Dead is to take place next month.

The Walking Dead: art apocalypse interactive pop-up exhibition will take place at London’s Old Truman Brewery on February 8-9.

It will allow fans of the Fox series the chance to view and interact with set and prop replicas, fan art and ‘immersive artwork not for the faint of heart’, according to Campaign.

Among the displays there will be a full-sized model of the room inhabited by The Governor, including decapitated ‘walkers’, and live action zombies recreating key scenes.

There will also be 20 shortlisted entries into the national fan art competition, which Fox launched last year.

The event is part of a wider campaign promoting the launch of the ninth season of The Walking Dead.
