Joules spreads its wings with nature-inspired RSPB collaboration

British lifestyle brand, Joules has partnered with the RSPB to create a collection of clothing and accessories for spring/summer 2022, inspired by the UK’s native birds and nature.

The range includes womenswear and childrenswear pieces, all boasting exclusive hand-drawn illustrations and prints designed by Joules’ in-house artists in collaboration with the RSPB.

Pieces include the popular Golightly printed waterproof packable jacket, made from 100% recycled polyester and Joules’ bestselling Breton Harbour top. Accessories include Molly Wellies, the Lulu Shopper and Everyday Socks, featuring pops of pastel blue and khaki green, all of which are showcasing unique floral prints and some of our beloved British birds.

The childrenswear edit has an offering for both boys and girls (from 1-12), featuring the Finlay and Astra t-shirts, with all new bird screen-prints and the Evelyn Tiered Jersey Dress.

“We’re thrilled to be joining forces with the RSPB, collaborating on a collection that celebrates our love for UK birds and the outdoors,” commented Claire Tait, marketing director at Joules. “At Joules we’ve always been inspired by the great outdoors, making this the perfect partnership that we know will not only resonate well with our customers but will also give something back.”

Louisa Skevington, product licensing manager at the RSPB, added: “We are delighted to have partnered with Joules on this fantastic range, which showcases some of the UK’s best loved birds.

“Some of these birds, such as the greenfinch and house sparrow, used to be common sights across the UK but even they are now in a sharp decline – by incorporating these birds into their designs, and in their most sustainable range yet, Joules is helping to show just how precious our wildlife is.”

Joules will also be donating 5% of sales to the RSPB for every item purchased from the range.
