Licences ready to star at Argos for autumn/winter

Toy Story 4, Harry Potter, LEGO, L.O.L., Frozen 2 all take key roles in retailer’s new AW19 range.

Argos is flashing forward to autumn, rolling out its new autumn/winter 2019 offering, with key licensed lines taking a high profile.

The retailer is offering 89,000 products for the season – from tech to toys, the autumn/winter collection sees introductions of new products across the board, from the likes of Samsung and Google to L.O.L. Surprise and LEGO, as well as welcoming some first time brands.

Toy Story 4 has a strong presence within the toy section. New to the franchise’s already extensive range, Argos now features the Epic Moves Bo Peep Doll (which comes with multiple costume pieces and accessories) and new ‘Spork’ character Forky.

In addition, the Ultimate Walking Buzz Lightyear brings the character to life with lights, sounds and signature moves.

Harry Potter also continues to be a firm favourite with the retailer. The Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak uses magical technology to make fans look like they’ve disappeared when filmed or photographed through a special app.

In addition, LEGO has also introduced a new Harry Potter build in the form of the LEGO Knight Bus, an intricate model of the magical vehicle featured in The Prisoner of Azkaban.

L.O.L. Surprise also ventures into the world of board games with L.O.L. Surprise Monopoly.

In the jewellery category, Argos has a full range of pieces for Frozen 2 ahead of its launch in November, with items including a silver Frozen Crystal Charm Bracelet.

Brands are also showcased, with the retailer highlighting the new collaboration between Emma Bridgewater and Russell Hobbs.

The BMW and Range Rover brands are also featured on ride-on powered vehicles for kids including the BMW GT3 and Range Rover Velar.
