Cross category product launches ahead of hotly tipped movie arrival in May.

Excitement is continuing to build ahead of the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story on May 25, with Lucasfilm unveiling a raft of product, as well as the official trailer.

The cross-category product assortment spans action figures, role-play products and apparel among others, taking inspiration from the upcoming movie, with comic and book titles also launching in May.

Highlights of the product line include Star Wars Han Solo’s Landspeeder construction set from LEGO; Bobbleheads in the Pop! style from Funko; Hot Wheels character cars from Mattel; Big Figs from Jakks Pacific; and a Chewbacca Pet Costume from Rubie’s.

“The latest Star Wars adventure celebrates iconic characters like Han Solo and Chewbacca, and introduces a host of new heroes,” said Paul Gainer, head of global product management and distribution, Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products.

“Through innovative toy features and product experiences, our Solo collection brings this new story to life for fans and families around the world.”
